At Home in the Mountains

Located in the mountains of western North Carolina, Lost Cove Farm is the home of Pat and Connie Toops.

Pat retired from the National Park Service as a wildlife biologist. Connie is a freelance nature photojournalist who has authored 15 books and scores of magazine articles.

Pat and Connie manage Lost Cove Farm to attract native wildlife, as well as growing a significant amount of their food.
